Scott Bata is committed to his career in the logistics, accounting, and business administration within corporate America. He has an immense amount of experience in all fields due to the combination of his collegiate studies, his degree in business administration and accounting, and his six year career serving within the United States Army as an expert in logistics. He credits the United States Army for giving him the experience he needs to become a successful business professional in America today and for giving him the skill necessary to lead individuals down the path of success. He is a decorated former Captain in the United States Army and has served his country in Iraq and at home through various operational logistics systems. He was also responsible for managing an immense military budget the spanned numerous accounts and consisted of over millions of dollars. Not only has Scott excelled in his military career, but he has also excelled in basically all aspects of his life thus far. He was an exceptional student in both his high school and collegiate careers and always found time to devote toward extracurricular activities. He was known for participating in a number of highly competitive sports including golf, track and field, basketball, and baseball. After being publicly recognized for his various achievements in high school, he moved on to receive his Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration and accounting from Arkansas Tech University.

Scott Bata has dedicated himself fully to his career outside of the United States Army. He hopes to one day use his knowledge to return to school and obtain his Master’s degree in business administration to further his success through out his professional career as an expert logistician. While serving in the United States Army for six years, Scott Bata gained a wealth of experience which could not have achieved anywhere else. Not only did he gain an immense amount of valuable experience, but he also was recognized for his outstanding work ethic and his ability to lead others. From 2012 to 2013, he proudly served as the principal advisor to the Iraqi Air Force where he held the position of United States Army Logistics Liaison Officer and Advisor. His duties included working with top Iraqi generals and other officers on a regular basis to help improve logistic systems. 

Scott Bata is an extremely motivated and determined professional in the world of logistics and business administration. He has exceptional experience managing extensive military budgets from his time spent serving in the United States Army, and he has experience as an accountant for various banks and even a prestigious country club. In all aspects of his life, he has excelled beyond his peers. Through out his high school and collegiate careers he was consistently recognized for his ability to work hard and achieve greatness. In high school, not only was he devoted to his studies, but he was also an athlete participating in numerous sports through out the year. He participated and won achievements in basketball, track and field, baseball, and golf.

He was named the Arkansas River Valley Scholar Athlete of the Year for his accomplishments achieved during his senior year, and he was also named the Arkansas River Valley Coaches Choice Scholar Athlete of the Year for his accomplishments achieved in both his junior and senior years of high school. In 2008, Scott decided to pursue a career in the United States Army. He rose through the ranks quickly and became a Captain due to his natural ability to work hard and lead others to success. In order to take advantage of his already impressive experience and training in the realm of accounting, business, and logistics, he was put in charge of managing a multi million dollar military budget as well as various operational logistics systems.

Scott Bata is dedicated to his overall success in the realm of corporate America. His goals are to one day be in charge of logistics for a Fortune 500 company; a goal that his six year career in the United States Army has more than qualified him for. Not only has he worked with top Iraqi Generals and officers on how to improve their logistical systems, but he also was in charge of managing an immense military budget that spanned numerous accounts all holding millions of dollars.

Scott Bata proudly served as the United States Army Battalion Operations Officer in the Fifth Special Forces G Support Battalion from May 2013 to November of 2013. He was placed in the position due to his overwhelming work ethic and excellent leadership abilities. He was responsible for supervising and leading a ten person group in charge of planning future operations.

Scott Bata hopes to transition from the Army back into civilian life and find employment as a logistician. He has gained invaluable skills and expertise during his time serving in the military. He also excelled academically and would like to continue his pursuit of graduate school for an MBA. Scott Bata's ultimate dream job would be to manage a top 100 golf course here in the US.

Presently Scott Bata still serves in the military as the S4 Officer for 1st Battalion, 5th Special Forces Group. Prior to this position he served as the Assistant Operations Officer for the Group Support from June to December 2013. In November 2013, he graduated from the US Army Airborne School in Ft Benning, GA., then went on to become the S4 Officer for 1st Battalion, 5th Special Forces Group in December 2013.

Scott Bata brings with him a list of proven skills, extreme drive, expertise and the intelligence that it takes to take on significant challenges and to reach his goals. He carries many values that assure his feature success, such as the relentless pursuit of success and strong work ethics. He has spent his entire military career proving his abilities as both a great leader and an asset to his post. He has earned the respect of numerous colleagues, fellow officers and the soldiers he was in charge of.

Scott Bata is now ready to utilize the skills and experiences he acquired in the military to excel within the business community here in the US, finding and flourishing in logistics career.

Scott Bata has always striven to excel, whether it was in being an All-Conference high school student athlete, a scholar within the university, or the assistant golf shop manager of a local country club. It was no different when he decided to enlist within the United States military. He always stepped up to whatever challenges, obstacles or objectives that were put in his way. Scott Bata never backed down from a challenge and consistently performed far above and beyond the expectations of his peers.

Scott Bata attended Plainview-Rover Public School in Plainview, Arkansas, excelling in both academics and in various athletics. In sports, he went on to become an All-Conference basketball player during his senior year. He displayed hard work and dedication both on the classroom and on the court. Scott Bata was awarded with the KARV Arkansas River Valley Scholar Athlete of the Year for his efforts. In academics, he was ranked 3rd in his graduating class, with a combined 3.975 GPA all throughout high school. He maintained the same hard work and stamina through as a graduate of Arkansas Tech just four years later. In 2005, he then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree, with a cumulative 3.34 GPA at Arkansas Tech University.

Scott Bata maintained his commitment to hard work and drive when he held the position of Staff Accountant for two local firms, and during his time as an Assistant Golf Shop Manager for the Chamberlyne Country Club. He eventually found a greater calling with the United States Army, which he joined in 2008. He served proudly for more than six years, before acquiring the position as US Army Captain. He is now in the process of transitioning back into civilian life, and hopes to use his expertise and skills to become a successful member of the workforce.

Scott Bata appreciates the numerous opportunities and experiences afforded to him throughout his six year career in the United States Army. As someone who prepares for a career and life in the civilian community, Bata won’t deny the enormous impact and effect that service has had on his character, his skillset and on what promises to be a successful future.

Scott Bata achieved much during his extensive service career, earning multiple opportunities to serve in leadership roles and receiving several medals for his exceptional performance and service. His first medal, the Army Achievement Medal, was awarded to him in 2010, acknowledging his exceptional performance during a battalion field training exercise. His second, the Army Commendation Medal, was given to him during his service as Assistant Battalion Operations Officer with the 260th Quartermaster Battalion, recognizing Bata for the meritorious service he provided between September and December of 2011. His third, the Joint Service Commendation Medal, was awarded to Bata following exceptionally meritorious service while deployed in Baghdad, Iraq.

These three medals underpin what has been a very successful and accomplished military career for Scott Bata, who is now planning on building both a career and a life as a civilian. Though his dream position would be to professionally manage a high-quality, top 100 golf course, Bata is currently looking for employment somewhere in the field of logistics; an opportunity to build off his extensive experience and turn his considerable skill into a long-lasting professional career. He promises to become an invaluable asset to a quality firm sometime in the very near future.
